HDCD-4815 Battery Charge tester for 48V Battery Pack

General information

HDCD Battery Charge Tester is mainly used for the charge test of the lead-acid battery of the backup power supply in the telecommunications, mobile, substation, railway transportation and pertrochemical industry power DC industries. It keeps the constant communication maintain between the battery charge ensuring a perfect charge.
Battery charge tester is designed using intelligent three-stage charging mode to achieve the function of automatic conservation between charging and floating charge. It also can on-line detect the voltage of the whole battery, real-time display and record the voltage of whole battery. The tester can automatically accomplish charging after setting the parameter of voltage, current, time and capacity.

Features

PC software can record and analyze total voltage, discharge current ,cell voltage and other data , generate the data report . it can virtually reflect battery serious performance curve, diagram and report for printing and searching .
Connected with USB interface,the data of the discharge process can be record to U disk and transformed to PC by U disk . PC data manage software can analyze the discharge process and generate the corresponding data for more convenient storage .
Intelligent SCM ARM control, 7inch 1024*600 LCD screen , capacitive touch operation, built in English menu, simple and clear operation menu.
Automatic self-protection stop function, over-heat protection ,over voltage protection , over current protection and reverse connection protection ,alarm prompt is displayed on the screen once it appears any issue, air circuit breaker automatically cut off .
It can set termination condition including cell battery voltage high,whole group voltage high, charge charge time , charge capacity .When any condition can be met, the tester can stop automatically testing with buzz sound and record the stop reason at the same time.
It can perform on-line compensated charge/discharge, and can also carry on discharge test for on-line working storage battery by connection external current clamp sensor,which is convenient for measurement work. The function is suitable for only single set of backup battery .
