Introduction of mixer grinder

        This machine is mainly used for crushing and mixing all kinds of animal feed. Screw conveyor, crusher and mixer are combined in one compact structure, so it occupy a small place and easy to install and carry. And the crusher is equipped with self - suction device which can absorb the raw material by itself.

Working principle of grinder machine

       When the feed enters into the crushing room, by the function of blades high speed rotating and mesh collision, the feed materials are being grinding into powder shape, then discharge to the mixing machine by the centrifugal force.

Working principle of mixer machine

      The crushed materials enter into the the mixer machine by Opener. Then the auger and lifter device will lifting the materials to the top and then sprinkle evenly, to achieve unifrom mixing.

Instructions manuel:

1. Start the mixing motor before crusher motor.

2. Feed raw materials for crushing and mixing process.

3. Iimely clean the debris, metal, and sand to avoid damage of the main machine.

4. Lubricating the machine for each 50 continuious running.


      This machine combine the crusher and mixer together for animal feed processing , make it more efficient and easier to operate.
