Production Process Introduction:Selecting proper dolomite (size from 10-50mm),crushing and screening after it is carried to the factory, then feed the dolomite (>20mm) to the calcination system(including preheater,rotary kiln and cooler), after calcination and cooling, then the calcined dolomite will be conveyed to the hopper.Using jaw crusher and ferrosilicon crusher to crush and grind ferrosilicon to the size of less than 20mm, then grinding these three kinds ofminerals(calcined dolomite,ferrosilicon and fluorite), after grinding, convey them to the briquetter.To refine the raw materials, and produce qualified products.After screening the selected dolomite by vibrating screen, conveying it into vertical pre-heater by belt conveyor. Calcinated in the rotary kiln, then it will be unloaded into cooler. Milling the mixture of calcinated dolomite,fluorite powder and ferrosilicon, after milling, convey the mixed powder into briquetter to make pellets. Pouring pellets into reducing furnace to form crystallized magnesium, then this magnesium can be sent to refine or alloy production line.
Advantages of Active Lime Production Line:1. The finished product has good quality and high activity, especially suitable for large-scale lime production.
2. The production runs stable. Because of negative pressure production, air flow is smooth, which ensures high safety.
3. Rotary kiln has simple structure and is controllable, good for operation and maintenance.
4. It is capable of calcining limestone of fine fraction, making the best of mine resource.
5. Bag filter is used for dust collection. Concentration of emission is less than 50mg/Nm3.
6. Per unit of product's heat consumption is low. Rotary kiln equipped with vertical preheater can take advantage of exhaust gas to preheat limestone, greatly reducing fuel consumption.
7. Industrial exhaust such as blast furnace exhaust, calcium carbide exhaust, semi-coke furnace exhaust can be used as fuels for lime calcination.Magnesium Rotary Kiln's parameters:
