Product scope: It produces various bricks/blocks including color-face bricks (layered material feeding),through-body tiles,lock linkage blocks, road curb bricks, hydraulic blocks,hollow blocks, perforated bricks, and standard bricks etc.
The advantage of our machine:
A. Particular storage and discerption material system insure the feeding accuracy and avoiding the effect of exterior materil.So the products have high density.
B. Adopting frequency conversion motors and synchronization vibration to insure the products amking average,and the vibration frequency can adjusted randomly according to plastic character of vibrious of raw materials.
C. Simple operation and saving 25% energy compared to the same industry in the market.
D. Low frequency in feeding materials and high frequency vibration makes the difference to have a optional vibration way.
E. The computer is of fault diagnosis system.Warning signal is propitious to eliminate the fault.Combine with long-distance controlling system,it can achieve scrutiny,controlling and diagnosis.
