1.Product description
CNC horizontal milling and boring machine is a CNC machine tool developed by absorbing foreign advanced manufacturing technology. a.The X, Y, Z, U, and W directions are semi-closed loop control, and are measured by an encoder. B uses the imported circular grating for direct measurement to the workbench, with high indexing accuracy and adjustable head boring.
b. The bed rails (X-axis and Z-axis) of the machine tool adopt anti-rust metal telescopic protective cover, and the column guide rail (Y-axis) adopts organ-type protection to protect the guide rail and improve the appearance.
c. The basic parts of the machine tool (bed, column, slide, etc.) are all made of high-quality cast iron and resin sand. The fabric is reasonable, aging treatment, high strength, good stability and good shock absorption.
d, balance mechanism: the use of heavy hammer balance.
e. The main shaft and the screw support are all imported bearings; the main hydraulic parts, electrical parts and pneumatic parts are imported originals;
