The glue raw material are all from WANHUA / HUSTMAN, these factories are all world famous brand, that when do composition, the steel sheet will strongly stick to eps foam.

Step 2.  Control the roll forming (our production)
 
After 25 years production experiences, we now have a complete set of workflow.
Confirming detail specification with clients → Purchase material →
→ Inspect the quality first before sending to our factory → EPS Sandwich Panel Roll Forming →
→ inspect the finished sandwich panel → packing waiting for delivery
We also accept customer or third party inspection before shippment.
 
We now have 4 EPS sandwich panel production line, meantime, we maintain our each lines regularly, to produce the sandwich panel perfectly.
 


 
For EPS Sandwich Panel, light in weight makes it very easy to install, especially in warehouse, prefab house, below is a simple drawing to show how to install the roof panel, and also about the accessoried needed, like screw, flashings, ridge cap and gutter, etc, meantime, SUPER also supply those accessories to make full use of container.

     LOADING PROTECTION 

We have STEEL C BOX to load the panel pile, that the edge of panel will not touch the belt or anything, meantime, we will attach one steel sheet under the sandwich panel pile to prevent the scraches when loading.
Clients will get 100% perfect panel on hand!
