[Production description]

 Hydrophilic chemical fiber softener agent  is a block polymer emulsion with a special structure. It can give polyester, nylon, and fluff fabrics excellent softness, smoothness and silky feel. At the same time, the finished polyester, milk silk and other fabrics have excellent Hydrophilic effect.

[Production characteristic]

1. Used for the soft finishing of various fabrics, giving the fabric a silky feel and good hydrophilicity;

2. Especially suitable for polyester fabrics, pile fabrics, etc., with outstanding smoothness and delicate effects;

3. A very small amount can achieve excellent results;

4. The finished fabric becomes less yellow;

5. It is also suitable for soft finishing of nylon bread yarn and seamless underwear;

6. Good stability; has good alkali resistance, salt resistance, hard water resistance and shear resistance.

[Using  method]

     1.Recommend artwork

          Padding process: dosage 10g/L ~ 30g/L

          The pH should be kept below 7 (preferably 5.0 to 6.0).

      2. Dipping process, it is recommended to use after diluting 1:X (X=3-8), the general dosage is 3-8%.

[Notes]

1. Please do not expose it to air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;

2. Please stir evenly before use;

3. The best cut-off date does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be performed prior to use to ensure that it is

applicability.

[Packaging and storage] 

50KG / 120KGS/ plastic drum (lined with plastic bag).

Sorted in cool and ventilated place to prevent exposure to the sun, stable period is 6 months .
