Rotary scrubber description:
The rotary scrubber is an autogenous rotating drum scrubber, utilizing pebbles and rocks within the feed source to fracture and disintegrate clays, agglomerates and soft oxides. The scrubber spins slowly, similar to a giant washing machine. It churns the fines and oversize and water together, vigorously breaking up the soil matrix as well as liberating the target mineral from tough clay, schist's and rock. Disintegrated material is homogeneously slurried within the drum, whilst the autogenous load is retained within the drum by reverse flights located at the drum discharge end. Slurry and washed oversize overflows the drum discharge throat to the concentric exit trommels.
 
After the fine (soil) is separated, the material is moved into the screen. The rotating screen separates the oversize material from the fines (the fines are usually termed or categorized into less than 6mm). Most of the freely (gravity) recoverable gold and or other recoverable mineral is contained in the - 6mm fines.

Trommel screen description:
 
Material feeds into the drum, is lifted up by the rotation as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum.

In addition, the chassis equipped with other four mechanical support legs, they can reinforce the bearing capacity of the whole chassis, ensure the equipment run more smoothly , reliable and safe during load running . Generator & motor separated drive, or direct diesel engine drive, low failure rate, easy maintenance. The gold recovery sluice covered by professional gold recovery carpet made of polyethylene non-woven, strong catch ability, high efficiency, it is also effective for fine particle gold.

The drum can be divided into heavy duty and light duty.
 
Heavy duty: the drum has a double-layer structure, inner layer with dense steel bar structure, which can prevent large material impact the screen directly, greatly improved the service life and screening efficiency for the outer screen.
Light duty: the drum has a single layer screen, it is used in the material that no large material included, its advantage is light, which can reduce the weight of the whole equipment and energy consumption.
