Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are manufacturer and also factory of horizontal pillow packing machine for bakery food, biscuits, snacks, instant noodles, frozen food, sea food and other daily necessities.


Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the machines are in stock. If not, it is 15-25 working days after receiving the 50% down payment.


Q: Do you provide overseas after-sales services ? is it free or extra ?

A: Yes. 

We can send engineers to customers' factory for machines' installation, commissioning and training while the customer should bear such service cost including VISA fees, round-air ticket, boarding & lodgings as well as daily service fee of USD100.00.


Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: 50% of total value to be paid by T/T as down payment, and the balance shoule be paid before shipment.
