This product is a special designed HPL (High pressure laminate) door for cleanroom system. It is suitable for MAX-CR-A sandwich panel partition system, MAX-CR-D HPL panel partition system and other 50mm thick partition system provided by MAX. The door frame material is aluminum alloy. The door leaf is composed of aluminum alloy door leaf frame and HPL door leaf. 50mm thick MAX-CW double glass window with round or square corner can be coordinated with HPL door. Adopts XDL 315 type hinges.

• HPL panel with high corrosion and scratch resistance
• Door frame, door leaf and window has identical thickness, the surface is totally flush;
• Door frame and frame of door leaf are made of aluminum alloy;
• The sealing stripes ensure the air tightness; 
• There is auto-down bottom seal, which will drop down when the door closes, rise up when it is open;
• There is no screw hole in the hinges after installation, no extra dead angles, convenient for cleaning;
