This product is a special designed stainless steel door for cleanroom system. It is suitable for 50mm and 100mm thick partition system.
The door frame material uses 1.5mm thick SS, door leaf is formed by 1.0mm thick SS after bending, together with adjustable hinges, and 40 or 50mm thick MAX-CW window series with round or straight angle.



Advantages:

• The door frame, and window has the same thickness 40mm or 50mm; The surface is totally flush.
• Door frame and partition wall is 50mm or 100mm thick, with flush surface.
• The auto-dropping seal on the bottom of door leaf is to guarantee air tightness.
• The product is featured as air-tight and easy to clean.
• No exterior screws after installation. No dead corners.

The aluminum frame adopts removable sealing strips, and the steel door frame uses paste-type sealing strip. When door leaf is closed, the gap between door frame and door leaf deforms the airtight strip to achieve the airtight effect.
