The sandwich panel door can be matched with MAX partition system. It consists of aluminum door frame, and the panel door leaf with aluminum frames. The panel door can be matched with 50mm MAX-CW double window and XDL-315 aluminum hinges. Both sides of the frame shall be covered by one PVC O-shaped seal stripe, which can be firmly contacted with aluminum profiles to form double sealing structure.

The door leat adopts double side 0.5mm or 0.6mm thick PCGI, the total thickness is 50mm (core material can be paper honeycomb, rock wool). MAX-CW window can be installed in the door leaf. Door leaf can be equipped with auto-down bottom seal, and the reinforcement for lock fixation shall be embedded in the lock position in advance. 
The door closer reinforcement also shall be embedded to the appointed position

Features:

• Door frame, door leaf and double glass window has identical thickness, the surface is totally flush;
• Door frame and frame of door leaf are made of aluminum alloy;
• There are two sealing stripes to ensure the air tightness; 
• There is auto-down bottom seal, which will drop down when the door closes, rise up when it is open;
• The seal guarantees the tightness and avoids friction with the floor;
• There is no screw hole in the hinges after installation, no extra dead angles, convenient for cleaning;
• The framework of the door adopts aluminum structure, which is strong enough and has long service life.
