Lime Rotary Kiln Production Process

Lime can be divided into two ordinary lime and lime according to the nature of activity, the former mostly ordinary shaft kiln firing kiln and its degree of activity is generally less than 200ml, mainly for construction and road use; Latter fired rotary kiln and its activity can reach 300 ~ 420ml. Lime rotary kiln is the key equipment for the lime production process in the building materials, its main role is calcining raw materials with high calcium carbonate, such as limestone, dolomite, chalk, shells and other materials to produce lime.

Lime Rotary kiln production process is the most advanced of all the activity in the lime production process, due to burning evenly, adaptability of raw materials, degree of activity of their products in more than 360ml, and some plants even reached 420ml. This project is Two lines of 500TPD Lime Production Line reaching to the production capacity scale of 330, 000 ton per year. First stage construction of one line 500 TPD production line, and reserve the construction area for the second stage 500 TPD lime production line.
