Giant Inflatable Zip Line Challenge Sports For Event
The inflatable zip line requires courage, agility, speed, and competitive spirit. Two people start by climbing into a volcano and scaling inside the volcano up to the suspension bridge. The people must climb through the 40 foot suspension bridge to the mountain. Each person is then secured into the zip line basket by our attendant. Once each contestant is whistle blows and the contestants descend down a 40 foot zip line to the bottom.
Materials:
Commercial grade 0.55mm(1000D, 18 OZ) PVC tarpaulin (Plato) which has 3 layers : two PVC coated up and down with a strong net fabric inside, which is fire retardant, water-proof, Anti-UV, and anti-ruptured.
Production:
1) Double stitching inside and outside.
2) Quadruple stitching for the stress-bearing parts and the joint parts.
3) Nylon/pvc tarpaulin webbing reinforces for some parts.
4) Full-digital printing protected by a liquid protection film.
5) Enough zipper outlets to deflate the games quickly.
6) Reinforcements for zipper joints.
7) Zipper cover with to disperse the stress for zippers.
Quality Control:
All the items before delivery will test in factory for over 24 hours, our QC person will check all the details as different requirements.
Professional blower:
The blower include CE/UL as per clients' requirement.
Packing & Shipping:
We use the clear PVC bags package and then put it in carton or use the pvc tarpaulin bags directly.
Installation instructions:
A. Spread the item on the smooth ground (not sharp things), and install to the place where you plan to install.
B. Then tie down the blower mouth into the air intake tube on the unit;
C. Once inflated make sure you immediately put the pressure relief cap on so that no extra air escapes.
D. Then check it to keep the item stable.

A. If soaked in the rain, product should be spread out and air dry before repacking and storing.
B. Carefully folding after using and store in a dry place; Use desiccating agents (provided in the original packages) for a long period of storage.

A: Yes you can choose your colors at no additional cost.
Q: How long will it take to make any of these inflatables if they are not in stock?
A: The regular bounce houses usually take 3-4 days, combos take 3-4 days, and much larger items like water slides and inflatable obstacle courses can take anywhere from 3-6 days. Custom made orders take about 6-10 days, depending on the style, size and structure.
Q: What happens if I want to purchase something that you do not have?
A: We accept all kinds of inflatable custom made orders.
