The beating-up conjugate cam has the same high precision as the weft insertion conjugate cam, which drives a strong short sley to ensure the beating-up force when weaving high-density fabrics and heavy fabrics.
6. The active let-off mechanism adopts a compound adjustment system to ensure uniform let-off and stable let-off tension.
7. The winding mechanism is actively and continuously driven by the worm wheel, worm and sprocket to realize continuous winding.
8. Weft selection can be up to 8 colors, and irregular weft selection is possible. You can choose electronic and mechanical weft selection.
9. The 4kw main motor drives each mechanism of the loom through the electromagnetic brake clutch. The electromagnetic brake clutch cooperates with the electronic control system to accurately control the starting, positioning and stopping, and inching functions of the loom.
10. With leno selvedge device, it can be equipped with fold-in side and hot-melt side device.
