Adjustments:

1.Pressure:Rotary printing units, adjusting the vertical position of the pressure to increase or decrease;

2.The temperature and time adjustment method is as follows:
Temperature setting:Press SET to set key once, the window displays SP, press the key addition or subtraction key to set temperature, the setup is complete press SET to return to the interface;







Time setting:

Maintenance matters:

1.Pressure:If the pressure is not enough or too much, please regulator screw loose, then turn the nut adjustable pressure regulator, adjustable regulator after tighten the locking screw;

2.Temperature:When the device reaches the set temperature heating plate does not heat, check the thermostat and the thermocouple wiring for damage (thermostat at 0 °C about 15 minutes to reach 180 °C);

3.Time:Set the alarm time is reached without (buzzer does not ring) or alarm continuously (buzzer does not stop), check the tail inside the micro-switch contact point is from the moderate, if often adjust to the appropriate guide location;

Quality Control on Finished Machine:

All heat presses are strictly tested under the following procedures before shipping out.

1) Turn on the machine, let it heating up to 200 degree Celsius.

2)Keep the temperature stay at 200 degree Celsius for at least 20 minutes
