TR-XP-6A washing bottle dryer adopts circular push mold design, advanced anion dust removal blowing, then two times of water washing, then three times of compressed air blowing, and then using manipulator to take the bottle horizontally moving into the mold, then four times of hot air drying in the bottle, finally using manipulator automatic grasp.
The entire line occupies a small footprint, is compact, and can easily be automated at 60 bottles/min by only two people.
