NCSK start producing pneumatic marking machine since 2002. In the past 15 years, we keep on developing the hardware and software to make the machine more easy to use. 
The traditional pneumatic marking machine including 3 part: 
1. main body of machine: mechanical part of machine
2. control box: electric part of machine
3. computer: software of machine
Our new type of dot pin marking machine NCQ/AO intergrate these 3 part together into one machine. It means you don't need an extra computer,  because computer and control box is integrated into the machine.

Q1: What is application of your marking machine?
A: Marking words or logo on car frame, automotive chassis, engine, mechanical part, machine tool, metal pipe, gear, pump body, valve and various hardness plastic products, bodywork of motorcycle.

 

Q2: What is the difference between penumatic and electric dot pin marking machine?

A: Penumatic marking machine need electric and  pressure air to power the pin, so it's need working with air compressor. Electric marking machine need electric power only, it is easy to use than penumatic marking machine, but the speed is slower than penumatic marking machine.

 

Q3: What contents can the machine mark?

A: Alphanumeric info, VIN number, Serial number, Date, Random number, Vector graph,etc.

 

Q4: How long time can the pin use?

A: One machine will have 4 pin. one pin can use 3 month to 1 year, it is depend on the working strength and material .

 

Q5: Warranty time?

A: 1 year.
