HBSS buffer, Hank's Balanced Solution, is one of the commonly used phosphate buffers in cell separation or culture. The main components are NaCl, KCl, KH2PO4, Na2HPO4, NaHCO3 and glucose, which have the functions of maintaining osmotic pressure, maintaining pH stability, and providing simple nutrition. It can be used for rinsing tissue blocks, organs or cells, transporting cells or tissues in vitro Preparation of reagents for cell culture and as a diluent for cell counting. Calcium, magnesium ion and chemical red indicator can be added as needed.

This product is sterilized by 0.1 μm filter, pH 7.2-7.5@25ºC, does not contain calcium and magnesium ions, and contains chemical red indicator.

Storage condition:
Stored at 4ºC, valid for 18 months.

Notes:
1. This product is sterilized through a 0.1 μm filter membrane and can be used directly.
2. Please pay attention to aseptic operation when using this product to avoid contamination.
3. Hank's balanced salt solution cannot be used in a 5% CO2 culture environment. If placed in a CO2 incubator, the solution will quickly become acidic. Please pay attention when using it.
4. Please wear lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
