1. Basic Production Process

    Reception of green coffee beans--selection and storage of green coffee beans---quantification, preparation for mixing and roasting---crushing processing---extraction processing and aroma recovery (exhaust gas recovery)---concentration processing---spray processing---agglomeration processing―Fragrance additives――Packaging treatment――Sale of instant coffee ――Packing and Export

2. Coffee Processing Process

  Green coffee washing, roasting, crushing
☆  After washing and sorting, the green coffee is transferred to the roaster.
☆  For coffee roasting, the output is 250 kg per batch at about 180°-200° C, which is about 15'.
☆  After baking, it is collected and stored, then crushed, and then processed for instant dissolution.

3. Extract Processing

   We use an 8 cylindrical container to extract the coffee solution

   We recommend including a spare extraction cylinder to facilitate continuous work. 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Calculate the appropriate volume to achieve better roasting capacity and extraction of crushed coffee, pour in hot water of about 190 degrees Celsius, more of it is consumed and constantly moving upwards, passing through each column with a small amount of coffee grounds, water. This flow continuously passes through each cylinder. This extraction is carried out continuously, filling the gaps between the new cylindrical coffee grounds. At the same time, the slag becomes wet. Better transfer of gas upwards and outwards. The coffee extract leaves this new roasted and crushed cylinder as a kind of juice. The concentration of coffee solute is in the range of 10%-30%.

   Hot water and boiled coffee grounds continuously flow into this column. The extracts extracted from the cylinders of roasted and ground coffee of virgin material are withdrawn intermittently. During this process (when the extract enters a special cylinder for roasting and ground coffee with fresh material and when the condensate is removed from the coffee cylinder and has been removed from the water) the coffee has become wet, extracted, and soluble has been hydrolyzed . 4. Fragrance Recovery Processing

    It includes two basic steps:

-  Separate a small portion before the extraction process and add it before the addition.

-  Separate the aroma part after the evaporation process to make the product a good beverage. In any case, it must be pointed out that there are two options for customers to choose from.

-  Improve the operation of the PETRONCINI system to recover the aroma and flavor in the entire extraction before the evaporation system is concentrated. Advantages: The acidity hydrolysis of natural agricultural products has been removed during evaporation, and the total of aroma and taste is recombined in the third extraction step. The previous separation, such as using our system, can guarantee the best quality and a very good taste. If you choose this recovery system, there is no need to separate the fragrance part from the hydrolyzed part in the extraction process, so the fragrance recovery system step is also redundant.

    An additional system can obtain the most typical low-temperature solids and high-quality aromas, which is included in this extraction system (ALILT system)


5. Evaporation Processing

     In order to reduce the cost of spray drying, we concentrate the solid extraction concentration of 12-15% until 50%. Of course, if you want a low concentration, it is no problem to design a 35% solids concentration chamber. It is usually unfavorable. The fragrance will be lost during evaporation, but with our fragrance recovery system, this is 100% eliminated.

6. Spray drying Processing

    Spray drying or atomization is the most common, which is both effective and economical to obtain instant coffee, in short, to ensure the high quality of the product and the characteristics of good taste. In this process, the high-structure dryer with medium-pressure nozzle and the drying air are used in parallel flow. To heat compressed air, rely on a system that is directly fueled by gas or a system that is fueled by steam or liquid. The drying temperature is very important. In order to keep the fragrance constant, the temperature must be lower. Dry the product that is not composed of instant powder, and make small hollow spheres into particles of about 100÷300 μm. A CO2 injection system is needed to reduce bulk density.
