It is a Japanese dish of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried. Application: Pour 130ml water and 100g tempura powder into a bowl and blend them. You may adjust the water to make it thick or thin.* Cold water and Egg are not necessary here. Dip thin slices or strips of vegetables or seafood in the batter, then briefly deep-fried in hot oil.
