Ion Fiber Cloth Media Filter
Working Principle
The Ion Fiber Cloth Media File is composed with filter piece, mobile sucking system, water collecting main pipe, sludge trough and so on. Filter piece contains both fiber filter cloth and cloth stand. Backwash use mobile linear absorb-washing equipment, with work with filtration procedure includes two steps:
Filtration-----after the water flow into the water flow can filtrate from out side of the fiber cloth into inside under the water pressure and then water after filtration flow into the collection pipeline and goes out at last.
Backwash-----during the process of filtration, the suspended solids will accumulate on the surface of the fiber cloth, which can cause the decrease of flow rate and increase of the water level in the filer. When the water level reaches to a critical line, the pump begins to work and backwash the cloth. Vertical filter fixed, the vehicle and suction pump begin to work, starting to absorb the sludge on the filter, and the sludge is pumped out of the filter. After this process, the cloth is cleaned and continues to work again.
