Vertical mold car could produce compostie wall panel and Solid core panel. For Vertical mold car, the biggest advantage is the capacity is large. eg For 2440×610×100mm,one vertical mold car could produce 38 pcs. 
Our vertical mold car is the double fuctional. From the picture you can see there is the  the steel plate, so it could help customer produce both the composite wall panel and Solid core panel.

Production procedure
 
1. Cement, fly ash are conveyed to metering silo by screw conveying, and then to the mixer.
2. EPS raw material after foaming through the fluidized bed conveyor to the storage silo, volume 
    measurement, though air conveying system to mixer;
3. Sand and other additives through the lifting device, to the mixer
4. After mixing, through the pumping device, to the mold car.
5. curing 8hours in the mold car then need demolding, unloading the mold.
6. Stack, natural maintenance for 28 days
