1. The equipment warranty period is 12 months. During the equipment failure, we will be responsible for providing technical
support and cost maintenance for your company (travel expenses will be charged for foreign countries).
2. After the warranty period expires, we are still responsible for the maintenance of this equipment, but we need to charge
reasonable working hours and transportation costs. Costs will be charged for parts that need to be replaced.
 

1:How long will the purchased machinery be delivered?
A:The spot mechanical products of COWIN will be delivered within ten days. Non-standard machinery needs to be negotiated.
