HF 6000 is a specially developed hardfacing deposit that is applied to Stabilizers and other Oilfield Industry products by the Plasma Transferred Arc(PTA) process. The process is fully automated. The movement of the hardfacing torch and simultaneous movement of the work-piece is controlled by a 6 axis robot and an additional synchronised axis.
