If produce both GI and GL products, it can be three position two pots arrangement

Structure: ceramic pot, inductors,  electric control equipment etc. 
The pot body consists of shell and liner. Shell is welded structure that is made of 20mm Q235 steel plate with strengthen ribs. Liner consists of fireproof layer and heat insulation layer.
Electric system consists of power supply and control unit.

Main parameters:
The inner size of pot:  3200x 3000x2200 (can be customized)
Melted zinc temperature: 560-610ºC
Voltage adjust range: 90-500v, 9 levels
Temperature control precision: ±2 ºC
Inductor type: removable jetting inductor (air cooling) with power  (can be customized)
