It can be with long length , the cover is even up to be 30m\pcs. so you can cut it by yourselves making the profile without seamless . 

Installation :
1, set the profile with the magnet . 
2, sticking into the lighting body ( you sticked the strip lighting before) on the shelf .
3, clip into the cover on the top side 
4, clip the end cap
(You can adjust the step on the particular case)
