HYRL1732 rapier loom is a digital control high speed rapier loom, the newly production 2015 from CHTC and wiltoptex, has the characteristics of high-speed, high efficiency, high automation, energy saving etc, this machine has the international mainstream models of perfect function, using modular design concept, simple structure, convenient operation, suitable for cotton, wool, linen, silk, mixed fiber high speed weaving ,are widely used in apparel fabrics, decorative cloth and industrial cloth weaving areas.
1:RIGID CONSTRUCTIO
Two cast-iron side frames connected by sturdy cross-members. sley is driven by 2 sets of conjugated cams with cam followers below the fabric. Additional sley cam units are mounted in case of very wide weaving. The sley with its reed holder-made of light alloy with great stiffness-is perfectly balanced by meas of counterweights and provides powerful beat-up.
This results in uniform fabric characteristics over the whole width and makes it possible to weave heavier fabrics.
2.The rapier head motion optimization
Optimization design of spatial four lever linkage mechanism, which makes the optimal weft insertion, change the weft tension minimum, better adapt to high speed weft insertion, improve production efficiency. Weft shuttle channel can be equipped with a hook guide system and free flight system.
