All products have 3 years warranty. Normally our product's defective rate is millesimal. Once quality issue happened, please send photos, video and sample to us, we will give you new ones in the next order without charging.

2. Can you provide sample? How much is it?

    Yes,sample could be offered. Sample fee is same as the price we quoted you. Sample fee and express feright are beared by customer.

3.How long is warranty period?

       Guarantee period is 3 years. 

4. What kind of environment can I use?

       You can install in the shower room at home or hotel.
