Introduction
Sand recycling machine is recyclable for over 0.15mm sand. Different sand recycling machines are used in various industries, such as: artificial sand production line, washing sand production line, tailings, slurry separation engineering industry and other fields.
Currently most of the sand production line are wet production process, regardless of what form of using sand washer, its biggest drawback is fine sand (0.35mm or less particles) loss problem is serious, and some even lost 20 % the above. This is not only the loss of yield, but also seriously affect the sand gradation, resulting in unreasonable gradation, fineness modulus increases, greatly reducing the product's quality sand. In concrete mixing not only increases the amount of cement, increase budget costs, and excessive emissions of fine sand, but also wastes the environment. - Performance and Features
1.The traditional process of artificial wet sand, artificial sand washing mud, dehydration spiral sand washing machine, artificial sand (especially sand) loss hardly control.
