1. Valve materials are compliant with European standard EN 10090: 1998.
a) Austenitic Steel: SNCrW
b) Stellite#6 or Stellite#12 for welded seat via PTA welding.
2. Upset forging and die pressing for forged blanks and controled heat treatment for achieving proper mechanical properties and metallurgical structure.
3. Stress released completely for microstructure and dimensional stability.
4. Stem hardened via chrome plating or Tufftriding/ionitriding.
5. Dye penetrant inspection for entire valve.
