JJF Flotation Machine is shallow-tank flotation machine which only absorb air but not ore pulp naturally.
Structural features: Shallow-tank, small diameter of impeller, low rotating speed, low power consumption, big gap between the impeller and the stator; the stator is a cylinder with elliptical hole, which is conducive for the mixing and dispersion of air and ore pulp; the height of stator is lower than that of impeller, the circulation volume of ore pulp is big, up to 2.5 times; the umbrella-type perforated distributing cover of stator can separate the vortex produced by impeller from the foam layer, hence maintaining the steadiness of ore pulp surface.
Performance features: The circulation volume of ore pulp is big, up to 2.5 times, which is conducive to the mineralization of ores, agent and air; large air inflow, good dispersion effect, appropriate degree of stirring; with a moderate agitating strength, the solid particles being well suspended without settlement and with no need for ore drawing when parking; it can handle a wide range of particle sizes with high ore dressing recovery percentage.
The combined unit formed by JJF and SF flotation machines, with SF flotation machine as suction cell and JJF flotation machine as green cell, can realize horizontal deployment with no need for drop and foam pump. JJF flotation machine only has the ability of air self-suction, and when it is used alone, step-wise installation between operations should be adopted with the drop being 300-400mm and foam pump should be set up to send the foam back to middlings.
