Performance and characteristics
1. Excellent high temperature dispersion stability to prevent dye condensation during dyeing.
2. Strong transfer ability, ensuring dye transfer requirements throughout the dyeing process, and improving
leveling.
3. Small color reduction and good dye reproducibility.
4. The material is convenient and can realize direct cold water.
5. Low foaming.

Scope of application
Suitable for high temperature and high pressure dyeing of polyester, especially ultrafine polyester fabric.

Instructions
It is used for high temperature dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics, which can be carried out according
to the conventional process.
Usage: 0.3-1.0g/L
Bath ratio: 1:10
Dyeing temperature: 125-130 ° C
Holding time: 30-60min

The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.

Packaging and storage
120 kg plastic drum, sealed and stored in the dark, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
