Performance and characteristics

1. It is suitable for the raising and shaking of polyester microfiber and ordinary polyester fiber, which has good hair lifting
effect and is beneficial to fabric raising and shaking.
2. It has a good hand feeling and can make the finishing fabric have a soft and full style at the same time.
3. It can reduce the number of fluffing and shorten the fluffing time, prevent the fiber strength from falling, and improve the
fluffing efficiency.


Scope of application

It is suitable for the raising and shaking of polyester microfiber and ordinary polyester fiber and T/C blended knit fabric,
especially the raising of fleece.


Instructions

1. Dipping method: 0.5-1.0% (o.w.f), room temperature treatment for 10-20min, dehydration, setting, raising, shaking.
2. Padding method: the amount of 5-15g / L, a dipping and rolling to dry and set the hair.

The specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate.


Packaging and storage

120kg plastic drums, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
