1. Packing: we use free-fumigation wooden case to packing our machine, thick wood panel and strong palllet can avoid damage when loading and unloading.
2. Shipping: by sea to customers nearest sea port.  the shipping time will be different from different countries.

1.  service before sales:  our salesman will try to know your requirement about our cnc router specificaiton and what kind of work you will do . then we will offer our best solution for your requirement.  then it  can confirm each customer can get their real needed machine.
2. service during production: we will send photos of machines during making. so customers can know more details about the procession of making their machines. and give theirm suggestions.
3. service before shipping: we will take photo and confirm with customers the specification of their orders to avoid the mistake of wrong making machines.
4. service after shipping: we will check when the machine arrive your sea port and approximate date of arrival. so customers can know when it will arrive and make enough preparation.
5. service after arrival: we will confirm with customers if machine is in good condition. and see if any spare parts missing .
6. service of teaching:  there are some manual and video about how to use machine, if some customers have question about it. we will have professional technist to help them to install and teach how to use through skype ,calling, vedio or mail.
7. service of warranty: we offer 1 year warranty for whole machine and half year warranty for spindle.  if any parts of our machine is broken. we will replace it for free.

FAQ:

1.  how should i pay for my order? what is the procession of this purchase?

Answer:  we accept TT by bank.  you can do 30%  prepayment at first, then we will start to make production.  when the machine is ready, we will take pictures to you, and then you can do the ballance. after we got your payment. i will send the machine to you.

2.  how about your service after sales?  can your engineer speak fluent english?

Answer:  we offer the sercice from you got the machine, including how to install the machine, how to use machine. how to let machine work. and so on.  usually we will teach you how to do by email or by skype. our engineer has many years of experience for cnc machine service .  he can speak very good english , so he can slove the problem in short time.

3. Are you a factory or trading company?

Answer : We are the manufacturer. as only the machine made by ourself , quality can be trusted, and most important thing is we can do better serivce after sales. we know how to fix the problem in each parts easliy. so welcome to visit to our factory.

4. I have ordered my machine it is the SM variant of the CNC 3040, which has marginally better
specs than most. The machine comes powdercoated to stop oxidization from the factory.So far
customer service has been quite good via MSN & E-Mail and whats nice is the sales lady speaks
very good english too! (which isn't very common for most cheap exporting chinese companies).
