1)Machine rotation directly is anticlockwise looking

3)With bag feeding conveyor as standard
4)Machine is indexing by a indexing gear box, for accuracy and stable position indexing, quiet and stable.
5)Adopt vacuum pump to provide vacuum for pouch
pickup and opening, reliable , lower noise and less
maintenance. 
6)Machine speed controlled and adjustable by a
"Schneider" frequency inverter.
7)Easy changeover of different pouch size, hand
gripper width can be adjusted on touch screen.
8)Adopt PID temperature controller
9)Automatic checking: no filling and no sealing when
no pouch or pouch open error, the pouch can be
used again without wasting.
10)Safety device: machine stop at abnormal air
pressure, heater disconnection alarm.
11)Pouch feeding conveyor,  it can put on more
pouches and automatic feeding, more efficiency.
12)#304 Stainless steel housing and contact parts comply
with GMP requirements, guarantee hygiene and
security of the food.
13)Integration of various dosing unit on customer's
requirement (option parts), such as auger filler for
powder, volumetric cup doser for granule,
multi-head weigher for granule, liquid pump for
liquid, etc..
14)The packing pouch materials suit in extensive
range. Suitable for multi-layer compound,
monolayer PE, Aluminum foil laminating film, Paper
lamination film, etc..
15)Machine safety cover and door is standard comply
with CE requirement, machine stop when safety
guard is open.
16)Machine with water drain chute for table top
cleaning.
