Vertical mining flotation froth slurry pump for mine industry supplier
1.Product description
ZF series vertical froth pump, bearing housing is installed with motor frame base or supporting plate, pump and motor are connected
either directly with coupling or through pulley and belt. Pulleys can be exchanged conveniently to adjust the pump rotating speed to satisfy the varying operating condition.
Feeding tank can be steel, stainless steel or coated with rubber with overflow box and tangential inlet.
The former can transmit excessive incoming slurry back to its pit, while the latter will allow the slurry quickly get into the pump body and make part of the foams disappear.
2.Product features and struction
(1)The vertical slurry foam pump bearing body has installed the motor base or motor bracket, it can be stared directly or indirectly.
Also can changed the pulley more convenience to change the pump rotate speed so that can meet the different working situations.
(2)The vertical slurry foam pump material box material: cast iron, stainless steel, rubber or as customers' request.
The material box feeding port and Overflow box, the Overflow box can delivery the redundant incoming to the Material pool.
And the feeding box can make the fluid into the pump to induce the parts foam.
(3)Pump head structure: doublecasing structure, according to the difference transfer fluid, the wet parts material can be designed: cast iron, high chromium, rubber.
