Features

This product is made of stainless steel SUS316 or SUS304. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance and is directly assembled with the fuel tank mouth. Widely used, all kinds of fuel tanks, water tanks, chemical tanks, alcohol, construction machinery, generator sets, marine and so on.

Basic working principle

the change of liquid level causes the floating bucket to slide up and down along the electron tube, and the magnet in the floating bucket drives the reed switch at different positions in the electronic tube, so that the electronic signal of the internal circuit changes instantaneously, and then through the wire This change is fed back to the meter and finally the meter pointer swings to show the correct level.

Product machine components

1. The main body is made of stainless steel SUS316 or SUS304 (optional)
2. Length range: 100~3500mm optional, 50mm spacing is a specification (100,150,200,250,300,350,400,450,500,550,600,,,,,,,,, can also be customized according to customer's fuel tank;
3. Assembly method: BSP1 1/4 thread screwed in, or NPT thread screwed in. Different types of flanges can be fitted to the fuel tank if necessary. This product is equipped with a 38*2.6mm O-ring and a 43*3.5mm O-ring.
4. Protection level: IP67
