Mach3
Mach3 turns a typical computer into a CNC machine controller. It is very rich in features and provides a great value to those needing a CNC control package. Mach3 works on most Windows PC's to control the motion of motors (stepper & servo) by processing G-Code. While comprising many advanced features, it is the most intuitive CNC control software available.
1.5kw High Frequency Spindle
The Alpha AMN series CNC Router machine comes standard with 1.5kw high frequency spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance, uses industry standard ER collets. Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 24000 RPM.
(2.2kw or 3kw for option)
Base Frame
The base frame is heavy iron cast, with strong rigidity. So the machine will not get deformed after long time use. It can process hard material such as stone and metal.
Drive Motors(4.5N.M )
The Alpha CNC Router utilizes brushless micro-stepper motors. These motors require no regular maintenance, therefore reducing any maintenance downtime.
Automatic tool calibration
Automatic tool calibration pad allows for easy and accurate "Z" zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program.
XYZ axis TBI ballscrew transmission
The machine adopts Taiwan Hiwin square rail, which is more than twice durable. And the use of high quality ballscrew, makes it high precision.
