Function of each component :

1.Infeed conveyor belt : feeding the waste cables to the system .

2.Intelligent cable shredder :
shred the cable into pieces and make the steel ready to be separated

3.Conveyor Belt: deliver the cables between equipment.

4.Magnetic separator : separate the steel from the cable pieces .

5.Copper Granulator : crush the pieces into fine uniform sized granule, a
llowing the copper to separate from plastic .

6.Vibrating air separator: Separate the larger particles of copper.
7.De-dusting System:remove dust from the system to make high quality output .

8.Gravity separation equipment:Tiny copper is automatically sorted through wet separating .

Throughput Capacity is 300-500 kg/hour (2.4-4tons/day in 8 hours).
This special process is perfect for mixed cables recycling.
