Q1: How to make a reasonable solar street light design? 

1. What's your wanted LED POWER? (We can do the LED From 9W to 120W single or double design)
2. What's the Height of the Pole? 
3. How about the Lighting time, 10-12hrs/day will be ok? 

If you have above idea, pls let us know, we will offer you based on local solar and weather condition. 

Q2: Sample is available? 
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality firstly., and we will return your sample cost in your formal order. 

Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? 
Airline and sea shipping also optional. Shipping time depends on distance. 

Q4: Is it OK to print my logo on LED light product? 
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. 

Q5: Do you offer guarantee for the products? 
Yes, we offer 3-5 years warranty to our products, and we will do "Warranty Statement" for you after confirmed the order. 

Q6: How to deal with the faulty? 
1), Our products are produced in strict quality control system, but in case any damage in shiping, we will provide you more free 1% as spare parts. 
2), During the guarantee period, we will provide maintance free and replacement service.
