FAQ

1.Can we get some samples? Any charges?

Yes, samples for free in our stock, but freight to collect.

2.How can we get a quotation?

Please provide the specification of the product, such as item, size, material, quantity etc, it's better if you can provide picture or sample, so we can quote more efficient. We will send the quotation to you by E-mail or trade manager.

3.What's the trade term and payment term?

These information we will mention in the quotation sheet. Normally we quote FOB price. Concerning the payment term, we can accept T/T (30% deposit ,70% balance before shipment), Western Union & crash, if large amount, we can do L/C.

4.May I have new sample with our LOGO for confirmation?

Yes, of course you can.

5.What about the lead time?

It depends on the product, if handmade, it needs a little long time. Normally 7-10 working days after confirmation of design and remittance. It is complete automatic production.

6.If balance before shipment, if you don't ship the goods after I paid, what should I do?

Deposit is to establish trust and intention of cooperation. And we will send you the photos during production, we will provide the tracking No. to you once shipped, and you can use your forwarding agent, or if you have express account, you can arrange the shipment.

7.What shipping method I can choose? And the shipping time of each option?

DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, by sea etc,3-5 working days by express ,10-30 working days by sea.

8.Do you have MOQ?

Yes, the MOQ depends on the specification vest you want.
