Counterstain agent

[Product introduction]

This product is composed of a variety of compounds with special structures. This product has excellent dispersing, emulsifying, solubilizing and dyeing ability. It is used for fabric color modification.

[Features and advantages]
1. APEO free,formaldehyde free,eco-friendly.           
2.Compounded of Gemini surfactant and silicone dispersant, capable of excellent dispersing, emulsifying, solubilizing and leveling properties, and used for fabric color correction or color modification.        
3.Not necessary to remove Silicone oil, soft oil and dye-fixing agent. Adding the counterstain agent for about 10 minutes, it can be dyed in the normal process; it can save water of 3-5 cylinder and save time of 2-4 hours          
4.It has good compatibility and can be used in the same bath with anionic, non anionic and cationic auxiliaries; if necessary, it is suggested to do the same bath compatibility test.

[Application range]
Used for fabric color repair or color change processing; 
dosage: 1. Light color, common solid color, common handle: 1g / L;           
              2. Medium dark color, accentuated solid color, super cool handle: 2G / L.

[Instructions]
1. White cloth repair: Double boiled and white           
2. Reactive dye dyeing cloth: color modification; or white cloth: color modification reactive dye           
3. Reactive dye color cloth or white cloth: change color to black sulfide

[Precautions]           
Based on the difference of fixing color and softness of the repairing cloth in each factory, please pay attention to the following issues when using this auxiliary agent and process:           
1. The dosage of additives can be increased or decreased according to the actual situation.           
2. In case of any abnormal condition such as color fixing spots or soft spots found during the treatment of high amount of color fixing agent and softener, it is recommended to drain the first cylinder of water and then conduct normal coloring or dyeing, and add 1g / L of this auxiliary agent at the same time.           
3. When using this product, control the pH value of the treatment bath to be no less than 6, otherwise it is easy to produce soft oil spots.

[Packing and storage]
50kg and 120kg plastic barrels (lined with plastic bags); placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent heating and exposure, with a shelf life of 6 months.
