Product Description of Fine Transparent Barcium Sulfate Filler Masterbatch For Plastic
Barium sulfate filling masterbatch, also known as nano filler masterbatch, is mainly composed of BaSO4. Perfect solution to the problem that filling masterbatch cannot be added due to brightness problem.
Product features:
1. Good plasticization, no plasticizing phenomenon will appear in long-term use.
2. Good stability, no precipitation and no damage to the machine.
3. Good transparency, large addition, much better than other filling masterbatch, non-toxic, tasteless.
4. The dispersion of masterbatch is good, and the powder selection is reasonable, without blooming and fogging.
5. Good brightness, good surface finish.
Scope of application:
Blowing film, injection molding, blister, extrusion, etc.
usage method:
When used, it can be mixed with raw materials evenly without changing any processing flow. The addition amount depends on the product needs to add 10% - 50%.
Storage package:
The outer packaging is made of composite plastic woven bags, and the inner packaging is made of plastic lined bags, with a net weight of 25kg. The storage place should be ventilated, dry and avoid sunlight exposure.
