Light Weight Partition Wall Panel Machine HFP530A EPS Sandwich Wall Slab Production Line
About the light weight partition wall panel machine,it is a multifunctional panel forming machine that produce various wall panel with different size and thickness.
Main raw materials of the EPS sandwich wall panel:
Main raw materials of EPS wall panel are: fly ash, slag, ceramic, portland cement and EPS foam particles, the production process is simple and low cost.
Process of the prduction of the EPS wall panel production line:
1,Raw materials preparation
First, the EPS expanding machine/system will expand the eps particle into foam eps beads with suitable size, and store the foam eps in the bin ready for next production stage.
The cement will be transported by the screw conveyor to the mixer according to the programmed ratio. Also the water will feed into the mixer designed proportion.
Then the foam eps baeds at the same time will be transported to the mixer by blower with programmed quantity.
Additives is added to the mixer too at the same time.
About 8 minutes mixing, the finished mixed materials is ready and discharged into the filling hopper.
2,Materials filling system
During the materials mixing process, the workers are doing the mold setting, they put the calcium silicate board into the mold one by one.
The ready-set mold is moved under the filling platform by winch machine.
Then the filling system will fill the materials into the mold.
3,Curing section
After the filling, the ferry car will transport the already-filled mold to the curing area for about 5--6 hours curing, curing time depends on the site temperature condition, it can be longer or shorter.
4,Demolding process
After 5-6 hours curing, the panel in the mold have gained enough strength and suitable for demolding.
The demolding process can be automatic or manual depends on the mold car chosen:
If the mold car is automatic type, then the demolding process can be automatic, it can be used a demolding machine to pull the panel out of the mold car automatically, one time pull one mold car panels, and use the forklift transport the panels to the storage area.
If the mold car is manual type, then the worker move the panels out of the mold cars one by one,then move the panels to the storage area.
After all this process finished, workers re-set the mold car and ready for the next production cycle.
