3) Filling: Foam density above 40 degree.
4) Wooden frame is Kiln-dried with water rates less than 12%.
5) Double-dowelled joints with corner blocks glued and screwed.
6) All exposed wood is consistent in color and quality.
7) Paint: Environment-friendly paint.
8) Use high quality hardware.
9) All joints ensured to be tight and uniform before shippment.

Packing method of our hotel furniture:
Standard export packing. All joints will be ensured to be tight and uniform before packing.
For inner package we are using pearl sponge, and for outer package we are using corrugated carton. The edges protected by L shape EPS corner protector.
