Main Structure
(Steel tube truss system)we adopt hot-dip galvanizing C section or steel tube truss beam to reduce self-weight of design load and dosage of the steel. At the same time, hot-dip galvanized can widely improve anti-corrosion of the steel. (The construction cycle of the steel structure work is short, which reduces the cost of the project effectively. The steel structure has strong shock resistance and can improve the comprehensive anti-seismic property of the whole house).

Substructure(Cold-formed thin-walled steel)
Roof purlin uses the hot-dip galvanized Z or C section. The way to continuous lap makes the steel frame as whole. Roof purlin uses the hot-dip galvanized C section steel. All components adopt bolted connection, no welding, which makes the structure overall appearance smooth.

Joints between steel sheets and sky lighting belts, 3. Waterproof of nails ), with accuracy process and superior quality closure strips, we successfully reduce the leakage place from 1/1000 to 1/2500 place/sqm.

(3) High-performance heat insulation
Many sorts of material can be use as the roof panel and wall panel, which can bring the warm in winter and cold in summer for you house.

(4) Excellent Anti-corrosion and long life
shot blasting and 4 layers paint(90micron)/1 layer hot deep galvanized (80-200g/sqm) will provide our building 25-50 years life.

(5) Good air permeability and more natural lighting
natural roof turbine ventilators, bridge ventilators, Roof sky lighting belts, Wool sky lighting belts and varies of windows, they will bring us more  fresh air and natural lighting.

Re:Yes, Usually we will send one to two engineers to the site.

Re: We have excellent design team, Our mainly design software are  Auto CAD,PKPM,MTS,3D3S, Tarch, Tekla Structures(Xsteel)V12.0.etc
Q3: Are you a factory, Can we visit your factory?
Re:Yes, We are a professional manufacture of steel structure factory. Welcome you to visit our company.
Q4.How can i get the quotation of the project ?
Re: If you have drawing , we can offer you our quotation according to your drawing .
If you have no drawing , Our engineer will design some drawings for you to confirm. And then offer you a quotation.
Q5.Do you offer service for installation?
Re: We will give detailed installation drawings and direction info for free. And we could send engineers as installation director even a team.
Q6.Do you accept container loading inspection?
Re: You are welcomed to inspect our work, not only for the container loading, but any time during the production time.
