CUSTOMIZED 18000L 18 TONS 3 AXLE SEMI-TRAILER STAINLESS STEEL COOLING FRESH MILK STORAGE TANK FOR VOLVO HINO RENAULT NISSAN TRUCK
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
1)Tank Type
Adopting tangle horizontal tank structure, dividing combination with two swash plates or many independent insulated combination type large scale milk tank truck.(Can be customized)
2)Liner
Adopting 3.0mm thickness food class AISI 304 2B Stainless steel sheet and data control automatic argon arc welding machine to make the shape. Using roller polisher to polish. Using Large scale veneer reeling machine to roll bending the ellipse shape one-time. It's not easy for the dirt to stay.
3)Internal butterfly head
Then head of insulated combination adopts 3mm thickness 304 2B stainless steel in the tank. This butterfly head is made by water pressure one-time with film blowing. For the appearance, it's shapely and pretty. When we use it, it can cushion the milk to impact the tank. The strengthen of anti-pressure is 7 times than the flat shell cover and conical head.
4)Isolated Panel/Wash Board
Double butterfly closed isolated panel and double holes wash board are made by 3mm thickness 304 2B stainless steel panel. All of isolated panels and wash boards are fixed in the liner of the tank and add the arc shaped washing protection brim. So it can form a wide angle in the connection of the liner which is easy to wash. All of the welding places are processed with 6 polisher's polish according to Australia's technology. So the effect can arrive in the international food request. This strengthen of butterfly head is much stronger than the flat head and washing panel head.
5)Anti-sediment Mixing Device(Optional)
For 16 tons fresh milk tank truck, we have mixing system and it is optional. This mixing system is in the bottom of the tank. After mixing by this mixing system, the fat are very even in the milk. And the difference of fat content is ±0.1% in the tank. Meanwhile, when the milk capacity is not bigger than the rated capacity, the milk will not overflow and produce bubble when we use this mixing system to mix the milk.
6)Reinforcing Rib
According to the professional and special development, we count the area of thrust surface when the tank truck is on the road and turning. We weld the reinforced stainless steel link on the liner of tank to support the whole tank. To keep the strengthen of the tank body and meanwhile reduce the thickness of liner effectively, reduce the weight of the truck.
7)Insulated Layer
Adopt the imported PU material to cover the whole tank and also touch the exterior of tank liner very tightly. We use 20mm special anti-fire insulated material to wrap this PU material. Great insulation. The difference doesn't exceed 2ºC when transport the 30ºC food in the normal temperature.
8)CIP cleaning system
CIP cleaning point is covered the internal of tank averagely. All of material is SUS304. The cleaning spray water can arrive at all of parts in the tank. Also keep the enough impact. The cleaner can spray in 360 degree. The polish process of tube and parts are the same with the interior.
9)Milk Inlet and Milk Outlet
They are in the back of tank. They are consisted of 50mm inlet/outlet, 50mm butterfly valve, and non-thread-cutting bolts. It ends the tank tail of inside of back milk tanks
10)Double Directions Breather Valve
Integrated vent valve system. Fixing with milk Inlet/outlet, which confirm the ventilating performance during the process of milk feeding in and discharging out. In the tank, there is special extended spray header cleaning the inside of breather valve to confirm that there is no microorganism growing.
11)Anti-sliding platform
We use stainless steel or alloy aluminum plate to press and fold as the anti-sliding pedal, which can have the anti-sliding effect. It avoids invalid because the cold weather causes ice. So the operator keeps safe when he cleans the tank.
12)Ladder
The ladder is made of SUS304 stainless steel tube to weld on the front of the tank. It's very convenient for the operator to go up and go down.
