PTFE Rope

    NETTtex® PTFE rope is an extension product of filament thread. It adopts the process of silk braiding or wire braiding and rope braiding. The rope has the appearance of compactness, rigidity and no burr or feather.The product is used in aviation, chemical industry, Marine culture and other fields.

    NETTtex® PTFE rope shall be woven according to the standard of wire diameter and gram weight, and the wire diameter can be designed from 1mm to 20mm. The specification of gram weight and strength can be designed according to the requirements of customers.

    NETTtex® can design and produce color PTFE rope products.

 

 Applications:

PTFE sewing thread is used to sew dust filter bags such as PTFE, fiberglass, PPS, Nomex, P84 and so on.
PTFE color sewing thread  is mainly used for sewing special industrial powder (mineral powder) collection filter bag, dust filter bag, screen identification, sailing sail, sunshade tarpaulin and etc.
PTFE yarn is used  for sunshade projects of high-grade buildings and tourist resorts in the environment of ocean islands.
 Compound sewing thread  the feather formed on the surface of the compound line should be firmly held together after sewing the filter bag, so that the dust intercepted by the feather can easily form dust cake in the needle hole to seal it, so as to improve the filtration efficiency of the filter bag. Meanwhile, the labor cost of the sealing process of lamination or glue pasting will be also highly reduced.
PTFE rope is is used in aviation, chemical industry, Marine culture and other fields.
PTFE staple fiber is used to make PTFE needle felt and PTFE spunlace felt.
