Aluminum (Alloy) Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling Production Line1. Brief introduciton
Aluminum rod continuous casting and rolling line can produce three kinds of conductive aluminum rods of 15, 12, 9.5mm. 15mm aluminum rod is produced by 11 rolling stands; 12mm aluminum rod is produced by 13 rolling stands and 9.5mm aluminum rod is produced by 15 rolling stands.
2. Process Flow
2.1. Aluminum ingot and scrap aluminum wire - aluminum melting furnace -Four-wheel horizontal continuous casting machine -oil hydraulic shearer-continuous rolling mill -oil tank and leading pipe -coiler with dual basket
2.2. Melt aluminum or prepared melt aluminum is injected to four-wheel continuous casting machine through launder and is cast to aluminum bar of 2, 340 mm² . Scrap aluminum bar is cut by oil hydraulic shearer and then acceptable aluminum bars are sent to continuous rolling mill. Conductive aluminum rods are sent to coiler with dual basket via oil tank and leading pipe and coiler.
